The Lone Star BBQ team is a team that has been doing cook-offs for 10 years. The team is made up of teachers, doctors, lawyers, policemen, bankers and even football coaches.

 

From 2011-2016, Lone Star BBQ won 1st in Chicken, People’s Choice and Best of Brisket and 3rd in Ribs in the past and we always win the “Dutch Oven” award.

BBQ Competitions – Competitions offer your company the opportunity to reach a large number of consumers in a short period of time. Competitions draw a diverse group of potential consumers; and attendance at contests are at an all-time high. These contest attracts thousands of people over the course of a weekend.

 

Marketing opportunities at contests include:
 

• Use of your product at BBQ competitions.

• Hanging your sponsorship banner at our cook site.

• Inclusion in social media posts from BBQ competitions.

• Making samples of your product available to the public (only available for certain products).

• Making your company’s literature and/or coupons available to the public (only available at certain competitions).

• Placing your logo on our competition shirts and/or wearing your company’s logo apparel (shirts, hats, aprons, etc…).
   

You, as a sponsor, are provided with sponsor and guest wristbands. You are insured as a sponsor to have unlimited access to our space at all times.

 

Below you will find a breakdown of different sponsor packages. The door gifts to you are according to the level of your sponsorship. Past gifts have included T-Shirts, Caps, Koozees, Bandanas, Koolers and aprons to name a few. These items are on an as available basis.

Sponsorship Commitment

 

Meat Sponsorship - $100
Your logo on our competition page listed as a team sponsor for one calendar year.

 

Bronze Sponsorship - $250
Event sponsorship, your company banner displayed at our cook site for the event (sponsor provides banner up to 3' x 6') and be listed as a season sponsor on our website competition page for one calendar year. Plus if you provide point of sale material we will display below your banner at one competition.

 

Silver Sponsorship - $500  
Same as Meat Sponsorship plus a 10x10 (not available at all competitions) space for you and one guest to display your business at one competition. You will also get an inside look at the world of competition BBQ and all you can eat BBQ that afternoon.

 

Gold Sponsorship -  $1000 
A BBQ reality experience for 2 people, experience the entire weekend of a BBQ competition as a participating member of the Lone Star BBQ Team, start to finish you will be a part of the team with some hands on BBQ'ing. Call it a reality weekend vacation. Eat as much barbecue as your heart desires.

 

Platinum Sponsorship - $3000
Gets Meat, Bronze, and Silver levels at one event of choice, along with Lone Star BBQ Competition Team cooking for you. This could be a company picnic, promotional day for your business, private event, etc. for up to 100 guests. See Details *  Guaranteed we will participate in a minimum of 6 competitions for your business to have exposure.

 

VIP Team Primary Sponsor- $10,000
Gets Platinum Level Membership at all Events. Your company logo and Full banner will be displayed at all events on our 10x30 Double Decker Trailer. Entry into all events and full catoring at any event. Eat / Drink / Party on us. Only 1 Primary Sponser per year.

 

*Sponsor pays for actual cost of the food, Lone Star BBQ will cook and serve the meal, event to take place on a Sunday
